Brynsiriol Cottage, an easy access dog friendly cottage in Llechryd near Cardigan, is ideal for walkers and perfectly located for exploring the stunning countryside, coast and beaches of West Wales. A self contained single storey annex to the owners’ house with its own garden, it is set in 4 acres of land and approached down a secluded, private driveway.

We are conveniently located just 2 miles from the town of Cardigan which is centrally placed on the fabulous Heritage Coast of Cardigan Bay stretching north into Ceredigion and south into Pembrokeshire. Here there are miles of tranquil, unspoilt coastline with secluded sandy coves, award winning accessible beaches, towering cliffs garlanded with flowers in early summer, and islands set like jewels in clear waters where dolphins, porpoises and seals abound.

Inland the stunning landscape of the deeply wooded Teifi Valley is home to an abundance of wildlife including otters and is an angler’s paradise. The Teifi is ranked as the best sea trout river in Europe.

Accommodation
The comfortable accommodation sleeps 2 plus a baby in a lovely dual aspect bedroom. You can choose to have the beds arranged together as a super king or separately as two large single beds – please state your preference on the booking form. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV with Freeview and integral DVD player. The easy access bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and toilet. A cot is available on request.

There is one step up to the well equipped kitchen with full sized electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave oven. We provide a ‘welcome pack’ for you to enjoy on arrival.

The comfortable lounge is ideal for cosy evenings with its sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview and separate DVD player/recorder. You can make the most of the sunshine in the large conservatory at the front of the cottage where the table and chairs make a lovely spot for breakfast. You might like to browse our selection of books and games during your stay.

Outside
Patio doors lead to a private garden at the side of the cottage which is fenced to provide a safe place for dogs. The garden furniture and a barbeque mean you can enjoy the garden and countryside views to the full. Beyond the garden is a partially fenced pond area, also for sole use of cottage guests. There is ample parking for two cars beside the cottage. Bikes can be locked in the conservatory.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please add £10 per pet per week if you are bringing a pet with you. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: cheque.
