Bryneirw, sleeps 5, a charming 18th century cottage, with its cosy wood burner, beams and slate floors, nestles in the centre of the delightful village of Cilgerran which has recently been awarded 'Walkers are Welcome' status. The romantic ruin of Cilgerran Castle overlooks the River Teifi just a short walk from the garden gate. The glorious sandy beaches and rocky coves of the magnificent Pembrokeshire coast are just 4 miles away. Canoe trips are available on the Teifi River during the summer from the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran which also offers walks, wildlife spotting and an excellent cafe. There is a good restaurant in the village as well as pubs and general stores. There are many more shops, pubs and restaurants in nearby Cardigan which also has a swimming pool and leisure centre.

Bryneirw sleeps 5 in 3 first floor bedrooms, all with beamed ceilings: one double room, a twin bedded room and a single room with a 2’6” bed and a cot. Upstairs there is a small separate WC. The stairs are fitted with a stairgate. On the ground floor there is a comfortable beamed sitting room with a woodburning stove, slate floors and rugs, TV, DVD player and a radio. The well equipped kitchen has a dining area, oil-fired rayburn for the cooler months, electric cooker, fridge and highchair. A separate utility room has an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and logstore. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a bath with shower over.

The pretty enclosed rear garden has furniture and a barbecue area. Bicycles can be brought in through the gate at the bottom and can be stored in a lockable outhouse. Roadside parking is available.

All bed linen is provided except for the cot. Hand towels and tea towels are supplied, plus one bath towel per guest. Please bring your own beach towels. Central heating and electricity are included.
