Bryneirin is a spacious detached bungalow in a very quiet rural location with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The coast is easy to get to as New Quay with its beaches, restaurants and cafes, fishing harbour and boat trips is about 8 miles away. To the north, the picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron is 10 miles away and Aberystwyth about 24 miles. To the south of New Quay, the sandy beaches, rocky coves and seaside villages of Cardigan Bay are very accessible. Llangrannog, Penbryn, Tresaith and Aberporth are all popular but never overcrowded. The nearby Teifi valley offers fishing, stunning country walks and canoe trips. There are many other attractions in this area including steam trains, country markets and New Quay Honey Farm with quad biking and other pursuits for the more energetic visitor.

Bryneirin sleeps 5, plus a baby if you would like to bring a travel cot, in three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. The large comfortably furnished lounge has great views and has a gas coal-effect fire and TV with DVD and video. The kitchen /dining room has an oil-fired cooker/boiler, gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, table and chairs, rocking chair and a small TV. The utility room has a washing machine, toilet, sink and space to hang coats and store outdoor footwear.

Bryneirin is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of room to play games or just relax (garden furniture is provided). There is ample off-road parking and the property has oil-fired central heating which like the electricity is included in the price. Also provided are bed linen and towels but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Up to two well-behaved pets can be accommodated. Please note Bryneirin is strictly non-smoking.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days.
