Brynbanc Coach House is situated down a private country lane on a working beef farm in Pembrokeshire. This attractive coach house conversion overlooks rolling fields and countryside and is within easy driving distance of the lovely sandy beaches of south Pembrokeshire. Tenby and Saundersfoot are within a half hour drive and Amroth beach is just over 6 miles away. The small town of Narberth is close-by and has a superb range of original shops, galleries and places to eat.

Nearby attractions include Oakwood theme park, Folly Farm and of course the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the freedom of the farm land which exceeds 50 acres and includes a lake where you can sit and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Accommodation
Brynbanc Coach House sleeps 4 in two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a pine double bed bedside tables, chest and wardrobe. The twin room has two single beds, bedside tables, chest and wardrobe. The bathroom is also on the first floor and has a corner bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet.

On the ground floor, the main entrance leads through patio doors to the beamed kitchen/dining room which has views over the surrounding countryside. The well-equipped kitchen area has a range, fitted units, split level electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a separate laundry room. The dining area has a pine dining table with 4 chairs. The sitting room has beamed ceilings, comfortable sofas and a TV with DVD player.

Outside
In front of the property there is a patio with garden furniture and an enclosed children’s play area with swing slide and a tree house (all used at your own risk). There is ample parking off-road parking adjacent to the property.
