Bryn-Ar-For offers superb sea views over Cardigan Bay from its quiet situation in the hamlet of Gwbert-on-Sea at the mouth of the River Teifi, just 2 miles from Cardigan. Conveniently located for the varied attractions of Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, Bryn-Ar-For offers excellent accommodation for a seaside family holiday.

With beaches, restaurants, golf, spa, farm-park, boat club and coastal path all just a stroll away, you can do as little or as much as you like. There is direct access from the cottage garden onto the Ceredigion Coast Path and from there to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Cardigan Bay is home to bottlenose dolphins, you can even spot them from the cottage, then take the short stroll down to the cliffs to sit and enjoy a closer look.

Accommodation
Bryn-Ar-For sleeps 8 plus a baby in 4 bedrooms: two doubles and two twin rooms, all with sea or garden views. This detached cottage has full gas central heating so is a cosy retreat all year round. All the accommodation is on one level.

The lounge has two leather sofas, an electric fire, LCD widescreen television with DVD player and Freeview and a mini HiFi system. A sliding glass door leads to the conservatory, with cane chairs so you can sit and enjoy the fine sea views.

The dining table seats eight and a high chair is available.

A glazed door leads from the open plan dining room and lounge to the fully fitted kitchen. This has a cooker, hood and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and breakfast bar.

There are two bathrooms: one with bath, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and airing cupboard and a shower room with shower, hand basin and toilet.

There is also a utility area with a washing machine, with access to a tumble dryer if required.

Outside
In the garden is a patio with picnic table and bench overlooking the sea, and a large lawn with a fenced off area for children and pets to play safely. A gate leads to the fields and the Ceredigion Coastal footpath. The driveway to the front of the house has ample parking for four cars.
