Bryn Y Mor, within 100 metres of Llangrannog beach, is a superbly renovated cottage, sleeping 6 people. Llangrannog, on the Ceredigion Heritage Coast is a tranquil seaside village nestling in a steep sided valley. There are two sandy beach coves within a very short walking distance, two beachside cafes and two good pubs. There is also a local shop. Llangrannog is ideal for bodyboarders, and surfers. A short walk to the North is the spectacular headland of Ynys Lochtyn, with the beaches of Penbryn and Tresaith a few miles to the South. Dolphins and seals can often be seen in the area. Other attractions include walking, gardens, riding, golf and fishing. Further afield are other interesting places such as Tenby, Aberystwyth, Devil’s Bridge and the Preseli Hills.

Bryn Y Mor sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. The first floor contains a double bedroom and a room with a set of bunk beds. Also on this floor is the main bathroom, with a large corner bath and walk-in Daryl shower enclosure. On the second floor is the attic room containing a French renaissance king size bed with matching dressing table and chest of drawers, open beams and a CD player. The room also has en-suite facilities, including a Daryl shower enclosure. The ground floor living room has a wood burner, digital TV with surround system and DVD and CD player. There is a large leather sofa and ‘love seat’. The kitchen / dining room has an easy to use electric Aga, microwave / microwave oven and fridge. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with 2 modern bar stools in the kitchen area. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer, a freezer with drinks cooler and icemaker.

The secluded garden area to the rear of the property can be accessed from the back door on the first floor of the property. There are two patio levels. The first beautiful stone area is large enough for barbequing with table and lounging chairs. The second patio level is nestled into the side of the cliff and is nicely sheltered providing a sun trap for leisurely sunbathing and has views across the bay. There is a washing line available. There is also room to sit at the front of the property and watch the world go by. Opposite the cottage is a garage for general use.

All bed linen and house towels are available at Bryn Y Mor but please bring your own beach towels. In order to keep the house to the exceptionally high standards it has been renovated, we have decided this will be a no smoking house. Sorry, no pets.
