Bryn Mair is a detached bungalow near Cilgerran in North Pembrokeshire. It is set back off the Cardigan to Tenby road and provides an excellent base for touring both Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. There are several lovely beaches within easy reach including Poppit Sands about 4 miles away.

There is a friendly local inn just 500 yards along the road which serves good food and the nearby village of Cilgerran has the Welsh Wildlife Centre, a castle and a scenic gorge as well as shops and other eating places. Cardigan town is a few minutes’ drive with many amenities, including a good selection of shops, galleries, pubs and eateries.

Accommodation
Bryn Mair sleeps 5 in three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with a single bed. All the bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table(s). The family bathroom has a bath, hand basin and toilet. There is also a shower room (off the sun room) which has a shower, hand basin and toilet.

The living room has comfortable seating for 5, digital TV, DVD player, basic Sky package, CD player and occasional furniture. The kitchen/dining area has oak kitchen units, electric cooker with double oven, grill and ceramic hob, a fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven. The dining area has an extending dining table, 6 chairs, sideboard, Welsh dresser, and a TV with integrated DVD player. The sun room has comfortable seating for 5 and a breakfast table and 2 chairs.

Outside
There is a gated drive with a level parking area in front of the bungalow - maximum 3 vehicles. To the fore and side of the property is a lawned and planted area. Access to the rear lawn, which has garden furniture, is from the sun room. Beyond the rear lawn is a paddock (fenced on 2 sides only), which guests may use at the owners’ discretion and their own risk for games etc. The owners live on site, but will totally respect your privacy.
