This delightful detached coastal cottage has been recently renovated yet retains many original features. The cottage has spectacular views over New Quay Harbour and over Cardigan Bay towards the Lleyn Peninsula. The cottage is located on the coastal path with access to the beach and beautiful walks along the heritage coastline. New Quay is an attractive harbour town in Ceredigion, West Wales. The town boasts a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, all of which are only a 5 minute walk from the cottage. This character filled property, in a spectacular location with access to both the beach and harbour town, provides the opportunity for a unique and relaxing seaside holiday.

Accommodation
Brongwyn sleeps 7 – 9 and is ideal for either family or group holidays. There are three bedrooms: one king-size double bedroom and one twin-bedded bedroom which are both situated upstairs; there is a family bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed and single bed with patio door access to the rear garden and decking. A Bed settee is also included in the downstairs sitting area/dining room. The dining table sits eight adults comfortably; however there is a bench running along one side of the table which makes it possible to fit nine. The fitted kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer and microwave oven. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink and WC. There is also a downstairs shower room with sink and WC. The upstairs lounge has excellent sea views and is equipped with 32” TV, digital Freeview and DVD player. There is also a small additional digital TV in the sitting area/dining room.

Outside
To the rear, there is a large private area that catches the sun throughout the day. There is a decking area with patio furniture and seating for eight. Stone steps lead up to a raised lawn. There is ample parking for at least 4 cars adjacent to the house.
