Bluestone Cottage is a cosy one bedroom self catering holiday cottage set on the edge of the wild and magnificent Preseli Hills, on the Pembrokeshire Carmarthenshire border. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday retreat away from the pressures of modern life - this is it! Bluestone Cottage is located on a quiet rural road near the village of Hebron, and has its own private garden and a wonderful rural outlook.

Recently refurbished and freshly decorated for 2012, Bluestone Cottage has been designed as an eco-friendly holiday retreat for two people, offering comfortable and stylish accommodation with minimal impact to the environment.

Bluestone Cottage is ideally located for those wishing to explore the wonders of West Wales, being close to the coasts of both North and South Pembrokeshire where you can enjoy some of the best coastal walking in the world or relax on lovely beaches that are rarely crowded even in high season. Or you can just spend a week relaxing in the cottage's peaceful garden.

Accommodation
Bluestone Cottage sleeps 2 in a galleried bedroom which has a double bed. A cot is also available.

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/dining/ living area and the bathroom with walk-in shower. The living area has a comfy sofa, digital Freeview TV, DVD player and hifi system. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and a high chair if required. There is also use of washing machine if required.

The main source of heating is the wood burning stove and there is also background heating provided by oil central heating. We are keen to make your holiday as ecologically sustainable as possible so there is solar heated water, the wood burning stove and private water and drainage. We are also planning to generate most of our electricity from a micro hydro system in the stream which runs through our land.

Outside

There is a gently sloping enclosed front garden with its own entrance, patio area and garden furniture. A parking space for 1 car is available opposite the garden.

A £100 (£70 for short break) non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking please add £10 per pet per week; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
