Bella Vista is a luxury holiday home only 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach (and the pub and cafe) in Tresaith on Cardigan Bay. This superbly maintained detached bungalow has fields and open country behind and is located in an elevated rural position with glimpses of the sea.

With patios to the front and rear, you can catch the sun whilst drinking morning coffee or evening ‘sundowners’ outside in the pure sea air. Al fresco meals can be taken here or overlooking Tresaith beach at the Ship Inn, an eatery renowned for good food and the views of fantastic sunsets over the sea.

Bring your camera for the scenic walks from the door - the Ceredigion Coastal Path passes within 100 yards of Bella Vista, leading to rocky headlands, remote sandy coves and glorious views of this protected coastline. With luck you may catch sight of the many seals and dolphins which live in Cardigan Bay. There is a choice of lovely circular walks in the area.

Within a few minutes drive there are local shops and supermarkets and all the amenities of the market town of Cardigan about nine miles away. Further afield, Aberystwyth to the north and Tenby to the south beckon for days out and there are many other coastal villages and inland areas of natural beauty to explore such as the Preseli Hills in the Pembrokeshire National Park.

Accommodation
Bella Vista sleeps 6 in three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, a TV with DVD and a hair dryer, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a single bed plus an additional pull-out bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet.

The high standard accommodation includes a spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating, large digital TV and a wood burning stove. The dining table seats six and has views to the fields at the rear. There are doors to the south facing patio at the front of Bella Vista and more doors to the other patio from the dining area.

The spacious well equipped kitchen has an electric hob and ovens, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are French doors to the rear patio.

Outside
The front patio drops to sloping lawn with flower beds. To the rear the patio has a barbeque area (starter barbecue pack provided) and a small raised lawn which overlooks the paddocks beyond. Enjoy relaxing in the garden: as well as the patio table and chairs there are two loungers and a large sun umbrella.

Off road parking for three cars is available. The drive is quite steep but there is level parking for two cars at the top.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Pets are charged at £16 per pet per week. A £150 good housekeeping bond is required with the balance. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: online bank transfer, cheque.
