Beachview Lodge is a spacious luxury holiday home which is ONLY 150M FROM THE BEAUTIFUL LONG SANDY BEACH. It has spectacular views over the beach and coastline at Freshwater East. The accommodation comprises a spacious fully fitted pine kitchen with halogen electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave etc. and plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery and pans etc to meet all your needs.
The lounge/diner is very spacious with dining table and chairs. There are two 3-seater settees and a 28" colour TV with SKY Freeview and DVD. There is also a cosy log effect electric fan heater stove and electric heaters for those chillier nights in autumn or winter.
From the lounge/diner there are the French doors that lead out onto the lower balcony, where on a hot summer day you can choose to eat outdoors from your patio table (seats 4). From the lower balcony there are steps that lead to the small garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has its own balcony with the most amazing views over the beach, sea and coastline. Here you can relax on the sun beds provided or just read a book. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom consists of a corner bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has 3' wide bunk beds, mirrored wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. A door leading off this room to the ensuite bathroom consisting of shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There are fantastic sea, beach and coastline views from both bedroom windows.
Please note that there are steps leading up to the property. Directly outside Beachview Lodge there is an allocated parking space and another allocated parking space in the car park. A travel cot can be provided on request. Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in the property. Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Beachview Lodge cannot accommodate single sex parties.
BEACH AND SURROUNDING AREA
It is about 150m to the beautiful long sandy beach. The National Trust Footpath is only 100m away. From the coastal path there are the most fantastic views over the bay and coastline. You can walk to lots of secluded beaches including Barafundle Bay at Stackpole. There is a Restaurant/Bar. A small shop and Adventure Activity Centre on site. Horseriding and golf are close by. At the Adventure Centre you can hire surfboards, wetsuits, canoes etc. The main supermarkets of Tesco, Asda, Somerfield, Lidl and Kwik save are 10-15 minutes drive away at Pembroke Dock.
THINGS TO DO AND SEE
There is so much to do and see. There are castles: Pembroke, Carew, Manorbier etc. Oakwood and Folly Farm are about 10 miles away. The resort of Tenby is only 10miles away. Bosherston Lily Ponds and Broadhaven sands are just 3 miles, why not treat yourself to a cream tea at the tea rooms in Stackpole and Bosherston. St David's with its famous Cathedral and white sands. Surfing at Freshwater West. Taste wine at the nearby Vineyard. Day trips to Ireland from Pembroke Dock. Boat trips to Caldey Island.
Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance should be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. A refundable deposit of £125 is required per booking and will be returned in full subject to the house being left clean and there being no damage to the property or its contents.
