Situated in New Quay, you really don't need a telescope to see the beach, boats in the harbour and scenic views of the coastline. Just sit out on the deck and watch the dolphins play in Cardigan Bay. New Quay, the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Wales, offers you and your family a perfect holiday with amenities to suit all including its Blue Flag sandy beach with watersports opportunities. Watch the dolphins from the pier or if you prefer, take a boat trip for an even closer look! After a relaxing day taking in all that sea air, you can carry on enjoying the views in one of the many cafes, pubs and restaurants. For those who enjoy walking you will be spoilt for choice with the spectacular coastal paths.

Bay View Cottage sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms: two have double beds (one of these has an en suite shower room), one has twin beds and one has full size bunk beds. The two double rooms and the room with bunk beds are all on the first floor with another bathroom in addition to the en-suite. The twin bedded room is on the ground floor where there is also a shower room making the accommodation suitable for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

There is a fully equipped oak kitchen with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the cooking equipment you should need. The open plan dining and lounge area has two large comfortable sofas, digital LCD TV with a DVD player and a CD stereo system.

There is a patio area with seating to the front of the cottage and also a fabulous decking area overlooking the bay, again with table and reclining chairs. There is parking for 2 vehicles.

Bay View benefits from both new double glazing and central heating. Bed linen is provided, towel bales can be hired for £5 per person per week, please bring your own beach towels and tea towels. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets and we do not allow smoking inside the cottage. Check in is from 3 pm and visitors must vacate by 10 am.

When you visit Bay View Cottage you will realise why the attention to detail, the panoramic views and the fresh sea air is the perfect combination.

Book online but don't pay now. You will need to pay the deposit to the owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days. Payment methods accepted: online bank transfer, cheque. We will send you an email with this information when you book.
