Bay Cottage is an all year round, Welsh stone cottage sleeping four, set in a quiet secluded spot but within walking distance of the beach at Little Haven and numerous coastal walks. Bay is one of ten cottages converted from traditional stone built barns, together known as Woodlands Farm.

Little Haven is a small, picturesque village and the beach is reached in about 10 minutes via a pleasant woodland path. The village itself is full of interest with a post office and tea room, a pottery craft shop, galleries which display local artists’ work, a restaurant and three welcoming public houses.

A slip-way leads onto the clean sands of the beach where children play, clamber on the rocks and investigate rock pools whilst adults laze in the sun. The beach is used by boating enthusiasts who may moor their boats above the high water mark. When the tide is out, a beautiful walk is revealed across the sands to Broad Haven and the coastal path leads to many isolated coves and inlets.

Broad Haven is a larger village where groceries can be purchased, and is popular with water sport enthusiasts who have plenty to choose from including surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, body boarding and sea kayaking. Equipment for these activities may be hired in Broad Haven at Haven Sports on the front.

Accommodation
Bay Cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms: one double downstairs and a twin bedroom (with velux window) in the cottage eaves (a traditional ‘Crog Loft’) accessed by a steep open rise stairs with limited headroom (primarily for children). The bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC and basin.

For occasional use, a further 2 can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the lounge.

This cosy cottage has an open plan L-shaped living room/ kitchen with vaulted ceilings, leading to a beautiful sunroom/dining room with stunning views to the sea and St Brides Bay. The dining table seats 4.

The newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen includes electric induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine.

The living room has two sofas, SKY TV, ipod dock and a DVD player.

The property has recently been refurbished and re-wired with the fitting of new double glazed windows and leading edge, high performance electric radiators, making the property ideal for all year round occupancy.

Outside
From the sunroom there is access to a small grassed, fence enclosed garden and stone BBQ area. There is off-road parking available for one car.
