Sleeping 6, Arnant is centrally located within the popular coastal resort of New Quay on Cardigan Bay. Close walking distance to an excellent range of local amenities, and less than 5 minutes walk from the harbour and seafront. The Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is 7 miles away and Arnant is also within easy travelling distance of the larger centres of Aberystwyth and Cardigan.
Arnant is a delightful end of terrace period house, extensively and tastefully refurbished and modernised but retaining a wealth of features. Open plan living/dining room with solid oak flooring, wood burning stove and slate hearth plus attractive stone walls. Arnant has three bedrooms; one double bedroom, one double bedroom with cot, one single bedroom with bunk beds. The family sized newly tiled bathroom contains a Victorian style suite comprising a roll top bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and toilet. The house is centrally heated and double glazed. The property contains 2 TV's, SKY Freeview, DVD player and stereo player.
Externally there is a walled forecourt to the front. At the rear is a fenced garden containing south facing paved patio area with fixed barbecue, a further garden area. Parking for 3 vehicles at the rear.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds, but no linen or towels; these can be hired on request at an extra charge. All electricity and gas for cooking and heating included. Logs for wood burner to be provided by guests if required.
