Apple Tree Corner is a delightful converted stone barn packed with character and charm, a mile inland from the Ceredigion Coastal Path and the sandy beaches of Aberporth. Tresaith, Llangrannog. The National Trust beaches at Penbryn and Mwnt are just a few miles away. The market towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn are within easy reach (7 miles) and have many smaller individual shops with local crafts and produce. There is plenty to explore: the stunning scenery of the Preseli Hills, the Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran or coastal walks. There is an abundance of attractions within easy driving distance including Cardigan's cinema/theatre, horse riding, fishing, gardens and golf. The cottage is detached and set back from the road, situated in the courtyard of the original farmhouse.

Accommodation
Apple Tree Corner is a single storey cottage which sleeps 4: 2 in a king size bed in the sleeping area curtained off from the main living room and 2 in the bunks beds in the separate bedroom.

The open plan sitting room has a wood burning stove, open beamed ceiling, tiled floor with rugs, leather sofas, flat screen TV/DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern fitted units, a slate flagged floor, dining table for 4, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven and fridge.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower, shaver point, wash basin and WC.

The accommodation is all on one level with no steps and offers level parking and access.

Outside
Immediately outside the kitchen door is a small paved patio area with wooden table and chairs. In the courtyard there is level access to the parking area for one car and access to the shared enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. There is a wooden shed with space to store your surf board and bucket and spade.
