West Wales Holiday Cottages is a family run business based on the Cardigan Bay coast. Everyone who works here lives in West Wales: we all love it and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Like many people in West Wales, we love the slower pace of life, the sense of community and the fact that everyone does their own thing. The area has long attracted those who have their own individual style, particularly those looking for a more sustainable way of living.

Sure, it can be a little inconvenient when the plumber doesn’t show because the surf’s up but when it comes down to it, that’s the attitude which makes this such a fantastic place to live.

Many owners of the most beautiful and interesting holiday cottages in West Wales have an individualistic approach to holiday letting. Not wanting to let through a traditional agency, paying huge fees, relinquishing control of their cottage letting and missing out on the personal contact with their visitors, they banded together and West Wales Holiday Cottages was formed.

The West Wales Holiday Cottages website was set up to provide an online advertising and booking service for independently owned holiday cottages, allowing visitors to find and easily book that special cottage in a magical setting – even if the owner is out spotting dolphins, making hay or roaming the hills at the time.

Covering all of West Wales – and a little more – we offer a wide variety of holiday properties in Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. At West Wales Holiday Cottages, we value the individuality of our owners and their properties. We’re delighted that along with all the beautiful coastal and country cottages you expect to find, we can also offer one with a yurt in the back garden, a traditional corrugated iron shack with no TV, a stunning epitome of modern luxury by the seaside and a mansion with a menagerie of family pets.

We have self-catering holiday accommodation of all styles because we know that visitors, like our owners, are all different. We offer a variety of properties to suit the different requirements and budgets of different visitors.

No booking fee

We don’t charge you a booking fee when you book a cottage through us and we don’t charge for passing on enquiries or amending your booking details. Our service is designed to make it easier for you to book a cottage without extra costs, bringing you that much nearer to your holiday in Wales.

Being part of the West Wales business community, we try to support local businesses. We use local suppliers and services as much as we can and we encourage you to do the same when you visit the area.
