Aberceiro is a large bungalow in Llandre village between the seaside resort of Borth and the university town of Aberystwyth on Cardigan Bay. Less than 10 minutes drive from the beach, Aberceiro is on a sheep farm with a public footpath leading to many interesting walks, yet within two minutes’ walk of bars and restaurants.

The bungalow is set in idyllically peaceful surroundings with a private garden and wonderful views of the Eleri Valley.

Accommodation
Aberceiro sleeps 6 in 3 ground floor bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. One double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath, the other bedrooms share an en suite shower room.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer plus a breakfast table with four chairs.

The spacious lounge has 2 two seater sofas and 2 armchairs with an electric fire to make it extra cosy on cooler evenings. There is a flatscreen Freeview TV and DVD player.

The separate dining room has a table seating 6, a dresser and a window offering fine views.

Aberceiro has a conservatory with cane furniture, allowing you to make the most of the views and the sunshine.

Lawned garden with patio furniture and extensive countryside views. Private driveway parking for 2 cars.
