5 Seabird Close, only 150 metres from the beach in the unspoilt fishing village of Little Haven, is a beautifully renovated house within easy reach of the village’s launching slipway, 3 characterful pubs and post office/tea room. The safe, sandy beach has numerous rock pools providing constant entertainment for children and links to the huge Settlands and Broad Haven beaches at low tide. Unusually for this village, our house provides room to garage your car and park your boat in front of the house – a special attraction for sea fishermen, water skiers, dinghy sailors, sea kayakers, surf boarders and leisure boating folk. The beach leads up to the stunning National Trust cliff path, which stretches for 180 miles around the Pembrokeshire coast offering spectacular and un-crowded walking and wild life watching.

Accommodation
5 Seabird Close sleeps 6 plus a baby in 3 bedrooms: two on the first floor and one on the second floor of this three storey house where open tread staircases lead from ground to first and first to second floor.

The first floor bedrooms are a double bedroom with a quality king size bed and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds. On the same floor is a newly refurbished, fully tiled bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. On the top floor there is a further double bedroom with a quality king size bed.

The main entrance is via an outdoor staircase leading to a lounge/dining room on the first floor, with a comfortable suite, an oak dining table and chairs that seat 6 – 8, television with a basic Sky TV package, DVD and video players - with some films provided. The new, fully equipped oak kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, and a huge supply of Denbigh crockery, serving dishes etc. This leads out to a large, sunny terrace with wooden garden furniture and a big sun umbrella – marvellous for breakfast and lunch outdoors.

At the ground floor level there is a garage, and beyond that a newly built utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and butler's sink. There is also a new shower room (ideal for wet-suited swimmers/boaters /their dogs) and a play area including table football for younger (and not so young) boys.

Outside
From the indoor play area, a door leads out to a courtyard garden with wooden benches, perfect for a quiet read or an early evening cocktail. One well behaved dog is welcome. It will need to be walked for comfort breaks since the courtyard garden is paved but it will adore running along the beaches at low tide!
