5 Innisfree or 'Minawel' is situated ON THE EDGE OF LLANSTEFFAN BEACH, under the watchful eye of the historical Llansteffan castle, relax on the balcony with stunning views overlooking the estuary. The sandy beach stretches the length of Llansteffan village and around the corner to the beautiful secluded Scotts Bay. The cottage is ideally positioned to enjoy both beach and countryside. It is part of a purpose built holiday complex of thirteen cottages, set in exclusive gardens, with the use of a HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL in the summer months.

Minawel has a fully fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave, toaster etc. There is a coin-operated laundrette on site. Electricity to the cottage is supplied by a £1 coin meter which will have £10 worth of credit on your arrival. This is usually sufficient for a week.

The lounge/diner has patio doors leading out to the pool and gardens. A colour TV and DVD player are provided.

Upstairs are three bedrooms (sleeping six, with room for a cot) - a double room with stunning views of the sun rising over the estuary, a twin bedded room with views of the pool and gardens and a room with bunk beds, again with views of the pool and gardens. The bathroom has both bath and shower.

Llansteffan is a picturesque little village nestling between lush green hills. Two welcoming public houses can be found on the square where you can stop for a well-earned drink and a bite to eat. There is also a high quality restaurant where prior booking is advised.

Llansteffan is an ideal place in which to relax and lose yourself but it also provides a good base from which to visit the sights and attractions of West Wales, most of the popular things to do being no more than a short drive away. The village itself offers a variety of activities such as fishing, sailing, tennis, horse riding, bird watching and walking. There is a children's play area to the rear of the cottage as well as one on the beachfront. Also at the rear is a large playing field and cricket ground.
