5 Captains Walk is perched above the harbour in Saundersfoot with GREAT VIEWS ACROSS THE BAY and is within easy reach of the village and all amenities. It is a fantastic split level 3 bedroomed house equipped to a very high standard with accommodation for six people.
Saundersfoot, in South Pembrokeshire, is the ideal base for a holiday. It is a great village with a fantastic beach and has a good mix of places to eat and drink. It is just 3 miles away from the busier town of Tenby with its own glorious 2 miles of beach, whilst some more of the best beaches in the country are just a short drive away. Walkers are especially well catered for with the start of the 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path nearby.
5 Captains Walk is an unusual three storey design with the entrance being via the top floor into a sun lounge. Stairs down take you directly into the large living room area. One double bedroom is on this level along with kitchen, utility room, dining area and WC. There is also external access from this area to the front of the house.
Stairs down take you to the lower level where the remaining two bedrooms (one double, one twin) are located, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. In addition there is a separate shower room. Both bedrooms on the lower level have French doors giving access to the terrace with uninterrupted views across the bay.
The accommodation comprises, Sun Lounge, Lounge / Dining Area, Twin Bedroom, Double Bedroom 1 (with ensuite), Double Bedroom 2, Kitchen, Utility Room, WC and Shower room. Externally there is a sizeable sun terrace equipped with garden furniture.
Included in the property are Central Heating, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Electric Oven & Hob, Microwave, Fridge & Freezer, Television, DVD and Stereo.
All bed linen with feather pillows and hand and bath towels are provided (not beach towels). No additional charge is made for heating and electricity used. Non smokers only and pets not allowed.
The house is located near to the edge of the cliff and for reasons of safety nobody should cross the small wall at the end of the terrace. Obviously this is very important in the case of children and we strongly advise that none are left unsupervised on the terrace in case they decide to explore!
