2 Tyglyn Vale is a modern recently refurbished single storey cottage located on a private secluded estate with ample open spaces that offer a child friendly environment. The river Aeron with its woodland walks and the Tyglyn Manor Secret Garden and river side walk are only 300 metres away. Via a short footpath access is gained to the Tyglyn Manor Hotel with its own restaurant. Within a mile is the Llanerchaeron Manor house which is open to the public, offering a taste of Welsh history with extensive gardens, a small café and gallery. The cottage is located near the Georgian coastal town of Aberaeron which offers a range of amenities including harbor side cafes, pubs and gift shops. The open expanses of sandy beach at New Quay are a short distance away with their familiar tourist attractions including the dolphin boat ride and harbour wall observatory. The butterfly house at Capel Dewi is a short drive away and other local amenities include golf at Llanrhystud, fishing at Ciliau Aeron and Oakford, pony trekking at Talsarn and the coastal cycle trail which passes Tyglyn Vale.

This bungalow style cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, one full size double and one twin (with optional cot and highchair available at a small charge), both rooms have double hanging wardrobes. There is a shower room with separate toilet. The open plan lounge has a conservatory roof with twin double sofas TV / DVD Freeview and feature electric flame effect fire. The dining room has a table with seating for four and a CD / radio and games. All rooms have separate individually controllable electric heating. The kitchen has a range of appliances including oven / hob / microwave and washing machine as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Easy access to the cottage is via a set of shallow steps from the tarmac parking area with space for two small cars which is next to the cottage. This area also gives access to the private rear garden which has a set of garden furniture, barbecue and clothes line

Hot water is via an electric emersion heater,; electricity is included. Bed linen and tea towels are provided but please bring your own towels. No smoking is permitted in the cottage and pets cannot be accommodated.
