2 Bryn-y-Mor is a compact detached dormer bungalow with fabulous sea views and only 150 metres from the sandy beach at Tresaith, a quiet village on Cardigan Bay. Tresaith is a wonderful place for a holiday; a small village still undiscovered by the holiday masses. Here the spectacular coast has rocky headlands and a safe sandy beach with the chance of seeing seals and dolphins. Tresaith has a beach shop and a pub, The Ship, where you can enjoy an evening meal and watch the sun set over the sea. There are other beaches nearby and wonderful walks inland and along the cliffs. 2 Bryn y Mor is only 100 metres from the Ceredigion Coastal Path which takes you south to Aberporth and beaches along the way to Cardigan and north to Penbryn and Llangrannog.

For those seeking something more strenuous there are many other activities nearby such as quad biking, paintball games, fly fishing, canoeing, golf and a narrow gauge railway. Further afield, Tenby and the south Pembrokeshire coast are within a comfortable drive through the beautiful Preseli Hills. To the north are the seaside villages of Penbryn, Llangrannog and New Quay with their sandy beaches.

Accommodation
2 Bryn-y-Mor sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the first floor, both with sea views, and a third bedroom, a double, on the ground floor. The bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet next to the bathroom.

The lounge has a multi-fuel stove, a TV with DVD and access by French doors to decking overlooking the sea. The compact kitchen diner has an electric stove, microwave, and fridge. There is a washing machine in the small porch which also has space for outdoor and beach equipment. 2 Bryn-y-Mor is double glazed and has full oil-fired central heating.

Outside
Outside, overlooking the sea, there is a lawned area with garden furniture and a barbeque. There is private parking for up to two cars. 2 Bryn-y-Mor is situated overlooking Tresaith beach with beautiful views over the bay, an ideal setting for those wanting to get away from it all.
