15 Innisfree is a modern mews style cottage sleeping 4, SITUATED YARDS FROM A LARGE SANDY BEACH in the picturesque village of Llansteffan.

A 13th century Castle overlooks this delightful coastal village located at the mouth of the river Towy. The village has two pubs, a restaurant, village store, post office, tea room and a fish & chip shop. This is the perfect location for a relaxing family holiday, an ideal base to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast and Gower Peninsular or simply chill out! For those that enjoy outdoor activities Llansteffan has plenty to offer, sea fishing, pony trekking, golf within 7 miles and theme parks. Llansteffan is ideal for walkers where you can stroll in the pretty village, quite country lanes or the footpaths along the beach and cliff tops with views reaching as far as the Gower peninsular and the Pembrokeshire coast. For a nominal fee there is the use of the tennis courts nearby.

The area also offers a good choice of attractions for day visits such as working farms, arts & craft centres, mills, steam railway museums, historical buildings and a superb choice of beaches. Carmarthen, located eight miles away is a bustling market town with excellent shopping facilities, pubs, restaurants and a leisure centre.

The cottage which is double glazed in a development of just 16 similar properties has 2 bedrooms up stairs one has a double bed and the other has full size bunk beds, both with sufficient storage. Also on this floor is a modern shower room with toilet, wash basin & shower.

Downstairs the cottage has a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin, a well equipped kitchen with table, four chairs integrated cooker & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle iron & ironing board. The lounge has 2 sofas and an electric wood burning stove, flat screen TV with Freeview & DVD player and a portable CD/radio. Sliding doors lead out onto the patio, shared garden and pool area.

Residents have the use of the heated swimming pool and communal grounds. Please note the pool is not protected by a fence and there is no lifeguard. Parking is provided for one vehicle outside the cottage, additional cars can be parked in the free car park opposite.

No smoking is permitted in the cottage, Electricity supplied via a £1 coin meter, sorry no pets, a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer available within the complex, the Swimming Pool is open from the Spring Bank Holiday until the end of August, sorry no all male/female parties under 25.

Guests can arrive after 4 pm and must vacate the cottage by 10 am on the day of departure. Included in the cost of your holiday is heating, bedding, bath mat, tea towels/dish cloth/scourer, washing up liquid & initial supply of toilet & kitchen rolls. Towels (bath, hand and face flannel) can be rented a cost of £10.00 per person / week. Access statement available upon request.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking; the balance should be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. Please pay the deposit within 7 days.
