1 Innisfree is a stylish semi detached beach side house which has panoramic views across the estuary from the bay window and sitting room. The cottage sleeps 4 and is situated just metres away from a large sandy beach in the beautiful village of Llansteffan. This double glazed cottage is in a development of 16 similar properties and is set in enclosed landscaped gardens with a shared heated pool. The pool is heated from the end of May to early September.

Llansteffan is a small village beside the River Tywi, and has a ruined Norman Castle which dominates the view as you approach the village. The village has 2 play areas, a church, chapel, shop/café/post-office, public house, restaurant, tennis courts, beach café and a take-away kiosk. It is only 7 miles from the larger stores and supermarkets of Carmarthen.

The village is an excellent base to explore the Gower or Pembrokeshire coast. There are many lovely walks within the vicinity and another secluded bay is easily accessed from the main beach or via cliff paths. You can be assured you will have a relaxing break in this hidden jewel of West Wales!

Accommodation
1 Innisfree sleeps 4 in two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. The bathroom which has been recently refurbished is also downstairs and has an electric shower. Upstairs in this upside-down holiday cottage is an open plan lounge, with comfortable sofas and arm chair and also a kitchen /diner.

From the lounge windows there are stunning views across towards the Gower Peninsula. The lounge area has a digital TV with Freeview and DVD player. The kitchen/dining area also has views over the garden and pool. The kitchen is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, an electric oven and hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, iron and vacuum. A washing machine with nominal charge and a coin operated tumble dryer are accessible in a nearby utility room.

A box of beach toys etc can be found in the nearby utility room. Indoor games, guide books and maps are provided in the lounge area.

Outside
The front door is accessed through the gardens; table and chairs beside the front door enable you to enjoy the garden and pool. There is parking space both outside the cottage and in the nearby car park.
